There are manarunes but not infinite. You have to refill supplies. Only exception is Paladin ammunition. The good thing is that you can buy any runes up to 100x in stack.

Owner is a cheater egyptian guy who was spoofing his player data on his previous servers and ddosing other servers with ~10 players online xD. I assume here we got the same situation. I think hes trying to make few bucks since 2 years with his "no pay to win" servers while everything is pumped...

As person above said, server was advertising as "perfect" but it is really far from perfect, its not even viable imo, but hype before the start was real. When server started and I logged in to the game, first idea that came to my mind was "copy paste server with huge promotion in socialmedia"...
